Resenting having to do life on my own, feeling sad and yearning to have children, my self-esteem was on the floor. I’d distract myself, changing jobs, drinking, overeating, anything to fill in the emptiness I was feeling inside but as time went on nothing worked and I felt flat.
Terrified of a broken heart, giving up my freedom or losing myself in another dysfunctional relationship, I convinced myself I was better off on my own.
It was then I discovered the wonderful magic of energy work and alignment. It allowed me to uncover layers of limiting beliefs, sabotaging patterns and fears that had been keeping me safe. I discovered I had such a deep-rooted fear of commitment that I had been repelling men for fear of losing my freedom.
