My journey in becoming a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and EAM (Energy Alignment Method) Mentor has shown me that everyone is whole; no one is broken or undeserving of love.

My journey of self-discovery.

Before discovering NLP, I'd been seeking external sources to find happiness.

I found myself constantly busy and seeking solace in material possessions, all in an effort to fill an unsettling void that seemed to persist.

Then I realised the essence of a fulfilling life lies within.

It's an 'inside job'.

As I worked on clearing my inner self, releasing the past, I noticed a transformation in my external reality.

Life began to flow.

I began to notice a shift towards increased happiness and inner peace.

Remarkably, my relationships improved too. I no longer had all the drama I once did and for the first time in my life, I felt free and truly loved myself.

And life just keeps getting better and better.

Of course, life still brings me challenges, however, I'm much better equipped to deal with them now.

It is a continuous journey and it's also possible for you.

There's no denying that the journey isn't always smooth sailing, but I can assure you, it's incredibly rewarding.

This path is the key to unlocking genuine love and lasting happiness.

Within each of us lies a natural ability to return to our authentic selves – a state of pure love.

About me - Behind the scenes

Having lived away for so long I'm quite the homebird now.

I live with my husband Graham, and we live in close proximity to both of our families.

I love all of my family, especially it's youngest members, my great nephews and nieces - who beautifully rekindle the joy of living in the present moment. They remind us that our authentic nature thrives in creativity and spontaneity, qualities many of us have lost connection to.

Not having had children of my own, I also feel very blessed to have two beautiful stepchildren.

When I'm not working or enjoying quality time with my family and friends, you'll usually find me reading thought-provoking spiritual books, diving into the big questions about life.

Exploring new places is also something I really enjoy and have a real appreciation for nature. I enjoy camping and I'm also a member of a walking group, which is how Graham and I first met. Traveling has been a big part of my life, and I've had the chance to work in various countries and even on cruise ships. It's been quite the adventure!

My strong affinity for the sea (which is why I chose the name 'Energy Waves' for my business) led me to a remarkable experience working on the Pacific Princess – you might remember it as the original 'Love Boat' from the TV series. Yes, I'm giving away my age here!

Additionally, I'm part of a couple of women's circles where we create this beautiful, nurturing space filled with wisdom, singing, dancing, and an incredible amount of unconditional love. It's something I truly cherish, especially on this journey of self-discovery and self-love.

Why Energy Waves?

Embarking on the journey to rediscover our true selves and embrace love can be quite a challenge at times.

In my own journey, I've felt lost, confused, angry, and sad. There were moments I yearned to go back to a time before my newfound awareness, to a state of blissful ignorance. But deep down, I knew that was no longer an option – there was no turning back, no matter how hard I tried.

This understanding is why I'm here for women like you, guiding you through the process of unraveling your past. Often, our past silently influences our present experiences, holding us back from the life we truly desire.

Starting in childhood, we quickly learned how to gain approval, and seek validation and that we were not enough or were too much, so we adjusted our behaviour accordingly.

And we bought into the biggest lie of all. That “you can’t have it all”
