I believe what a woman wants from a man is to be lovingly held. To be supported and feel safe. Safe enough for you to show vulnerability, to be loved and understood at the deeper level of who you really are.

SURRENDER AND ALLOW

The only way for you to be fully held and supported in this way is to surrender and allow. To let go of having to be the one in control and to let someone into your heart.

When you surrender and allow, you embrace your divine feminine energy. You connect to the truth of who you are, and it feels beautiful.

He becomes strong. He becomes the solid container to hold the space for you to express your emotions and your love.

IT'S POLARITY, YIN AND YANG

The law of polarity, Yin and Yang, teaches us that we are opposites of each other.

When a woman is in her yang (masculine) energy, the man has no option but to move to his yin (feminine) energy.

It allows our energies and souls to connect and entwine in a way that feels safe. I believe this is one of the most beautiful experiences on earth and one we all crave for. This sense of belonging, being accepted and loved for who we are.

HOW DO YOU LET GO

Recognise how many barriers you've put around your heart. Every time you feel the need to be in control, this is a barrier of protection, keeping you safe from getting hurt. Yet all it's doing is pushing love away.

The only way to experience true love is to start removing these barriers. Doing this will allow you to let go, surrender and embrace your feminine completely.

It's a continuous journey, and I will be honest, it's one I'm still on and will be forever. However, as I continue to remove these layers, my relationship and our love for each other grow and expand into something even more wonderful.

This journey takes courage; it begins with you and the love you have for yourself. Learning to love all parts of you is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself.
